HAPPY ENDING OF SENDING FLOWERS" by taking a photo of your recipient at
the very minute he or she receives your flowers and in return, his or
her hand-writing reply on the photo will appear on our web and/or your email. You can view
by visiting Polaroid Board. and/or Message Board.
However, the polaroid feedback service will be available in Bangkok and greater Bangkok area only. For delivery to other areas in Thailand, you will receive Message Feedback Service via email only.
Whats the other benefit / awareness for me ?
With polaroid feedback service you don't have to worry about whether the flowers delivered to your recipient is in the good condition. However, we could not guarantee to get the photo of actual recipient because in some cases, we may not be able to meet the recipient when delivery. We will have to take a photo of the other person who received the flowers instead. In case the recipient does not like us to take his/her photo, we will take a photo of the flower for you only. It is depended upon the recipient's decision.
This is only an extra service available for delivery in Bangkok area and the customer cannot ask for refund if we cannot take a polaroid photo of the recipient or get personal message from the recipient.

original Polaroid (for delivery in Bangkok only).
