The Polaroid Feedback Service is available for delivery in Bangkok area only. We offer a free-of-charge service of publishing your recipient's photo on our Polaroid Board and attach one to your e-mail address. However, we could not guarantee to get the photo of actual recipient because in some cases, we may not be able to meet the recipient when delivery. We will have to take a photo of the other person who received the flowers instead. In case the recipient does not like us to take his/her photo, we will take a photo of the flower for you only. It is depended upon the recipient's decision.

This is an extra service and the customer cannot ask for refund if we cannot take a polaroid photo of the recipient or get personal message from the recipient.

If you wish to have the original photo of your recipient , we are willing to provide one to you with a little service charge. Please see below for details.
